Jeremy Bendik-Keymer works as Professor of Philosophy, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, once land of many nations. He is the author of The Ecological Life: Discovering Citizenship and a Sense of Humanity, The Wind ~ An Unruly Living, and Involving Anthroponomy in the Anthropocene: On Decoloniality. He is currently completing Earth, Justice, Wonder: Environmental Philosophy’s Attachment to the Home Planet as he edits the series Democracy as a Way of Life for the American Philosophical Association.
Misty Morrison is a figurative painter and printmaker living in Shaker Heights, Ohio, USA. A recent honoree for the Tikkanen Prize in Painting, her lithography is in the permanent collection of Ohio University’s Department of Printmaking, and her paintings and prints are in private collections. Past shows include The Family System I (“I ain’t got no home in this world anymore”) at Unsmoke Systems, Braddock, PA, and Oblivion, at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. She is currently working on the series, Where Is Here (the Family System III).
